The menu shines most brilliantly when it comes to their desserts, which have repeatedly been praised as nothing short of Michelin-star caliber. The waffles, similarly, are a texture-rich delight, crisp on the outside yet soft and tender within. If you have a sweet tooth, the blueberry cheesecake is a standout, offering a creamy, rich flavor that harmonizes perfectly with an iced mocha or a well-crafted coffee.
On the savory side, Brown Sugar Dessert Cafe & Bistro offers thoughtful interpretations of classics like pad thai gung, which guests have described as savory and satisfying. Pork chops and Caesar salads are available for those seeking a lighter or more familiar meal, though some reviews note that the salad dressing can be a bit heavy and pizza toppings quite rich, reflecting ambitious flavor combinations that might not be for everyone but are certainly bold.
The kitchen employs interesting cooking techniques, such as sous vide chicken breast preparation, which imparts a unique texture to the meat—something to keep in mind if you prefer traditional pan-fried finishes. Overall, the food maintains a consistent level of quality, with desserts shining as the true star attraction.

Meal was good, would like my chicken pan fried and finished in oven,I think they sous vide chicken brest which changes texture of meat which not to my liking. Desserts we're exceptional and of Michelin star quality.Stunning.

Good food, especially their cakes and coffee. Pork chops and Caesar salad, were OK. It would have been better if they hadn't had put too much salad dressing. Pizza topping was too rich, maybe because the crust was wafer-thin. All in all, it was a good meal, but wish the portions were bigger.

Brown sugar is always be one of the top of my mum’s favorite cafe for almost 10 years now. The cafe is specialty in inspired Japanese, Korean dessert. All I can say is them dessert was top notch!! Our favorite are all kind of bingsu, fresh fruit crepe and the waffles. The food was ok some were good and some were average. The service might get really slow on weekends and the rush hour especially dinner time (6pm-7pm) but other than that the service was fine. The cashier could have been nicer with a smile but overall was ok. Restaurant vibe is cozy. Perfect for family and catch up meal with friends. Ps. I just found out that they do really good, decent hot latte recently. Which very wowed for me.

My first visit today, I tried the pad-thai gung which was very good, then I had the blueberry cheesecake and an ice-mocha. The cheesecake was absolutely delectable! It was truly delicious, as was the ice-mocha. Indoor seating (ground floor and an upper floor) and outdoor seating is available, and free wi-fi is available. There is a good choice of drinks and food and cake available from the menu. Service was good. Plenty of free parking is available at the front, and at the side of the building.

01-24-2025 Last year when visited Thailand, I came here for Super Matcha Bingsu. I completely fell in love with this place! This time around, I had a chance to be back here again… what a treat! Deja vu, dessert paradise in heaven! A group of us decided to meet here to hang out for a gathering. A perfect choice indeed. There’s something for everyone, see pics.

Very nice cafe for having both foods and desserts. We’ve ordered (1) Chocolate & Banana Waffle (2) Strawberry & Banana Bingsu and it’s extremely great, not too sweet with fine ingredients. Also, we’ve tried (3) Nutella Fruits Berry Crepe. The crepe is super crispy. All berries are fresh. Good combination!!! Recommended these 2 menus ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

You must order and pay for menus at counter, it is not inconvenient for customers. But all of main dishes are very delicious and reasonable prices. Especially I recommend the Ice cream for desserts after main dishes. It is also not a good service to take your cutlery at your table and restroom is located at outtery(if it rains, you need an umbrella) The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful and natural.

As a Bingsu, matcha, and almost all kinds of dessert lover, this place did a really great job. Price-wise, it is worth it for dessert. Recommended! The café is large with nice vibes. However, i find main dishes so-so/okay and a bit pricey.
